•Hope’s Sparkling Treasures Crystal Store Pickup ,Hold & Refund Policy•

To keep things fair and organized for all customers, the following policies apply to all orders:

•No Holds Without a Deposit

I do not place items on hold unless a deposit has been made. Orders are reserved only after payment arrangements are confirmed.

•No-Show Policy

If you place an order for pickup and do not arrive at the agreed pickup time without prior communication, your order will be considered a no-show.

•Packaging Fee for Future Orders

If you no-show on an order and later place another order that you do pick up, you will be charged a packaging and handling fee. This fee will be added to your invoice before pickup.

•Strict No-Hold Policy

I maintain a strict no-hold policy. Inventory is offered on a first-paid, first-served basis unless a deposit has been received.

•Repeat No-Shows

Customers who no-show more than twice will no longer be eligible to place orders. After two missed pickups, I reserve the right to refuse all future orders.
