Civilian Studios, LLC An artist work space started in August 2012 by Jeremy Le Grand and Ashley May Heitzman. feet to 400 sq. ft. Our median monthly rent per space is around $200.

We are a large warehouse space carved up into private studio spaces ranging from 125 sq. There is a dedicated wood shop area, with private stalls available within the shop. Use of the shop is available to all tenants for a small additional fee. It includes all utilities, heat, water, electricity and wifi. If you would like to tour the building please schedule an appointment by contacting [email protected].

We have ONE studio opening coming available in the new year - Jan 1st Studio #30 ~150 sq.ft. Rent $320 a month includes all utilities and wifi.

Heavy tools are not permitted upstairs FYI.
•
Deposit is equal to one months rent and a 6 month commitment to lease is required.
•
We require Masks to be worn in all common areas of the building at this time.
•
In person tours can be scheduled after an intial phone conversation.
