A fan fave returns for tomorrow’s Wine Wednesday 🙌🏼 from is back tomorrow night, pouring through a Chardonnay and two Pinots from one of the most respected natural wine programs in the Willamette Valley. Crowley has been making terroir-driven, minimally intervened Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from dry-farmed, high-elevation sites since 2005 — elegant, precise wines that are somehow still priced like he wants everyone to be able to drink them. Come say hi to Evan and taste for yourself 🍷 TOMORROW WEDS MAY 28, 5–7PM!

THE LINEUP:
🍋 2024 Willamette Valley Chardonnay — Bright and mineral, with stone fruit, citrus, and a long clean finish. Native ferment, restrained oak, nothing in the way of the fruit.

🍒 2023 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir — Light on its feet, with red cherry, cola, and a touch of baking spice. The kind of bottle you open on a weeknight and finish before you meant to.

🍷 2022 Entre Nous Pinot Noir — A multi-site blend with more structure and depth — darker fruit, more grip, and two years in bottle that are really starting to show.

Island wine just hits different🏝️ More sun, more wind, salt in the air — and somehow the bottles come out brighter, wilder, and full of personality. It’s actually what inspired this month’s wine club picks, and now we’re making a whole class out of it. (Not a member yet? Link in our bio!)

We’re talking volcanic soils, windswept coastlines, and styles you don’t see every day: salty whites, high-acid refreshers, smoky mineral edges, and reds that feel like they belong on a patio somewhere near the water.

And our dear is back to lead the way! Diana (winemaker at and certified crowd favorite) is the perfect guide to get us off the mainland and into some seriously fun bottles.

We’ve only got a few spots left for this one — don’t sleep on it. 🌊

For this week’s Wine Wednesday, we’re pouring wines from — a family-run winery in the southern Willamette Valley that’s spent the last two decades quietly building some of the most thoughtful, site-driven wines in Oregon. Founded by Lowell and Gina Ford in 2003, Illahe has always leaned toward farming and winemaking practices that prioritize long-term stewardship over chasing trends or polish.

The estate is LIVE certified, largely dry-farmed, and worked with a pretty hands-on philosophy from vineyard to cellar. Fermentations are native, intervention stays minimal, and the wines tend to show a lot of transparency and lift rather than weight or extraction. Pinot Noir is obviously central to the project, but there’s also a lot of range in the lineup — bright, textured whites, whole-cluster influence where it makes sense, and wines that feel shaped more by season and place than a rigid house style.

Join us this Weds and taste through the lineup to see why Illahe is a fan fave around here!

☀️THE LINEUP:☀️

🌸 2025 Tempranillo Rosé — bright, crisp, and super springy. Wild strawberry, watermelon rind, pink citrus, and a little herbal edge underneath. Lots of freshness and snap without going thin.

🍐 2024 Estate Grüner Veltliner — lean and mineral-driven with lime zest, green pear, white pepper, and a little savory salinity. Really energetic acidity and a nice textured finish that keeps it from feeling too sharp.

🍒 2022 Grenache (Wahluke Slope) — darker and more spice-driven than a lot of Oregon Grenache. Red plum, black cherry, cracked pepper, dried herbs, and a little smoky earthiness. Medium-bodied with good lift and a pretty clean finish.

For this week’s Wine Wednesday (May 13, 5–7pm), we’re hanging with , a family estate in Forest Grove that Alfredo and Laurine Apolloni have been farming since 1999. Alfredo grew up making wine at his family’s property in Tuscany, and that upbringing is all over the lineup 🇮🇹🤩

The whites — Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay — are made the way Alfredo’s family made them in Northern Italy: stainless steel, no malo, dry and precise. The Pinots are structured and patient, hand-sorted, aged in French oak, and held two years before release. It’s a cellar philosophy rooted in the old world, grown in some of the best soil the Willamette Valley has to offer.

Oregon wine, Italian style - come hang out with us on Wednesday and taste what this killer combo can do ✨

☀️THE LINEUP☀️
2023 Moscato Frizzante - Made using the Charmat-Martinotti Method, this completely dry sparkling wine bursts with tropical aromas and citrus notes. On the palate, crisp acidity and a lingering tart finish highlight this Summer sipper.

2024 Estate Pinot Blanc - Made in the Italian Pinot Bianco style, this traditional cool-climate white thrives in our Northern Willamette Valley location. Fermented entirely in stainless steel and partially aged in neutral oak bariques.

2024 Rosato - A rosé blend comprising Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, and Nebbiolo fruit. A vibrant expression of our Italian heritage reimagined through Oregon soil. Tropical aromas of passionfruit and tangerine lead into juicy flavors of red cherries, fresh basil, and sea foam. A wine where old-world varietals meet new-world terroir.

2019 Cuvée Pinot Noir - Seven clones of Estate Pinot Noir fruit thoughtfully blended and aged in 100% French Oak barrels. Mushroom, forest floor, and bing cherry notes. An easy sipper any night of the week.
