Amara Vita is further evidence of the intense, yet invisible, connection between Fumerie, Portland, and Meo Fusciuni parfums . Meo shared with Tracy that one of the main inspirations for what would ultimately become Amara Vita was the scent of the cocoa absolute he was working with while creating Fumerie’s first fragrance collaboration, Ponte Etereo. As with all of Meo’s creations, this was only the spark in a long, introspective, and vulnerable creative journey. We truly cannot wait to learn more about the creative process of one of fragrant art’s most undeniably singular voices in generations, and to get to ask questions about this process of the artist himself, at the US Premiere of Memorie Olfattive 11/10/26 at the PAMCUT Tomorrow Theater! We hope to see you there! Link and details in bio!
“An enveloping, sweet cocoa scent and a love story that comes to an end. Life is full of bitter and sweet moments, unforgettable moments, and moments when we seek refuge in something to turn the page, to smile. In this fragrance, I wanted to capture the sweet sensation of love and the deep pang in the heart that comes with the end of a relationship. Everything transforms, as in an alchemical journey; here, gold is cacao, my philosopher’s stone.” -Meo Fusciuni
In addition to this newest release, and Meo’s new brand istitutodellodore we are also honored to be able to share the arrival of Meo’s first book! Of particular interest to our out-of-state community members who will likely miss the US Premiere of Memorie Olfattive (though we do have a couple of enthusiasts who know this event is worth traveling for, coming from other states!) comes Meo Fusciuni’s first book: a mixture of stories, songs, and poems that illuminate the reader to the artist’s inner visions of the emotional and creative world.
Ovunque is a reflection on the fragility of memory, on the delicate boundary between loss and hope, and on the human need to feel part of something, even when everything seems to dissolve. It is a book that invites us to slow down, to embrace silence, and to listen deeply to ourselves.
