Since opening our Community Membership in June of 2024, we have been deeply moved by the care, presence, and participation of those who gather with us. Every person experiences it a little differently, and that's one of my favorite parts. Some people notice the sound in a whole new way. Others become aware of subtle sensations they hadn't noticed before. Whatever your experience is, it will be uniquely yours.

Join The Grief Witch for an illuminating workshop weaving together grief and magic.

Together, we will create spells and handcraft candles for our personal and collective grief, healing, and liberation, supported by a guided meditation, reflective writing practice, and shared song as we infuse our candles with intention.

Participants will leave with a powerful spell and a handmade candle for future rituals and spellcasting. Please bring a notebook book and pen. This workshop will take place upstairs, seated on the floor. Cushions will be provided, please bring back support if needed.

The experience begins with 15-20 minutes of gentle mobility, breathwork, and yoga to awaken and prepare the body, followed by 30-35 minutes of Pilates, somatics, and dance, igniting the body with strength and fluid movement that disrupts rigidity and encourages play in embodiment.

We conclude with a 5-10 minute meditation, creating space for rest, reflection and integration. This ritual is not merely a workout; it weaves together multiple modalities to hold authentic embodiment and regenerate the nervous system, while nurturing our relationship in every direction with activation and rest. Join us on this journey of rewilding into the depths of being.
