TRUE WORDS!

Today we honor White Lotus Day 🤍

The white lotus carries deep medicine. It grows in the mud, in the darkness, yet it rises clean, open, & full of light🌕

This is its teaching ... Life will bring moments of difficulty, of confusion, of heaviness - but these are not places where we remain. They are places we grow from.

I remind you today:
Do not be afraid of where you have been.
Do not be ashamed of what you have walked through.

Everything has shaped your spirit. Like the lotus, you are meant to rise, again & again, closer to your truth & closer to your light.
