I hope this Monday is treating you well. We’re in the midst of another heat wave and already looking forward to the rain in the forecast. One of the many reasons I love the Pacific Northwest, the weather keeps us on our toes. A little sunshine, a little rain, and somehow we never seem to tire of the constant flip-flop between the two.

I love taking chances on the last day of estate sales. While the main house was packed with shoppers, I wandered down to the sprawling lower garage tucked beneath the home and found it nearly empty. Every treasure I brought home is covered in years of dust, but that’s part of the magic. I can’t wait to clean them up and give them a second chance to shine. I’m especially excited about the MCM ceiling light, which is likely staying with me to replace one b**b light in my home at a time.

Sending this beautiful Klickitat Pottery mug off to its new home in an Airbnb in Savannah, Georgia. 🤎

I’m always drawn to the gorgeous earthy yet vibrant colors that Klickitat Pottery is known for. Their glazes have a way of feeling both timeless and unique, making every piece a little work of art. I’m happy to know this one will be enjoyed with morning coffee and slow Savannah mornings.
