Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf Bites 🦋😋
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (additional for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Mix the meatloaf ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
Form the bites: Take a small portion of the meat mixture, flatten it in your hand, place a small amount of cheddar cheese in the center, and then mold the meat around the cheese to form a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining meat and cheese.
Prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and mustard. Brush this mixture over the top of each meatloaf bite.

Ingredients

• 🥩 1 pound ground beef
• 🍚 1 cup long-grain white rice
• 🍅 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
• 🧅 1 onion, chopped
• 🌶️ 1 bell pepper, chopped
• 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 🧀 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 🥛 1 cup beef broth
• 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
• 🌿 Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ In a large skillet or pan, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat if needed.
3️⃣ Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
4️⃣ Stir in the drained diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
5️⃣ Add the uncooked white rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef and vegetables.
6️⃣ Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7️⃣ Transfer the beef and rice mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
8️⃣ Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.

Creamy Garlic Pork Chops with Cheesy Potato Bake

Ingredients:
For the Pork Chops:
4 boneless pork chops
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cheesy Potato Bake:
4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Pork Chops:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and thyme. Bring to a simmer.
Return pork chops to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the pork chops are cooked through.
Cheesy Potato Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, milk, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper until just simmering.
Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Vegetable oil for frying
For the Gravy:

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Marinate the Pork Cutlets:

Place the pork cutlets in a large bowl and pour the buttermilk over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.

Ingredients:

4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup Ranch dressing
1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
15 Hawaiian sweet rolls
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat the oven:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13 baking pan and place the bottom half of the sliced Hawaiian rolls inside.
Prepare the chicken mixture:

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
Assemble the sliders:

Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls in the baking pan.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook Pasta: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Beef Mixture: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
