We love everything about the various comics and games that are out there and we have your back by covering your needs. The range of collecting supplies for your comics and cards are organized so you can quickly find just the right card case, desk box, and desk protector. Boxes, bags, and boards make ideal gifts for collectors among your circle of family and friends. Lightspeed Hobbies is here to help you get the items you need to complete a set or enhance a game. If it is in production, we’ll get it for you! Think of us as a mountain retreat set up for your pleasure and fun. Locals and visitors are invited to drop by and see what we have to catch their fancy. To all of our comics subscribers, Our last day for getting new comics will be 6/14/2017. You will have until 6/19/17 to pick up your respective comic files on hold here. If comics aren't picked up by 6/19/17, your comics will go out for sale. We can not hold your books for past that point.

Greetings and Salutations,

I have some bad news to report and I wanted to tell all of you first since you've been so good to me over the years.

Lightspeed Hobbies has to close its doors for good at the end of June. Sales have been in decline since July 2016 and took a real turn for the worse after the first of this year. It pains me to have give up the thing that I have been doing for these past 11 years.

Circumstances due to insurmountable debt and beyond poor sales here at the store are forcing me to close once and for all.

Our plan is to stay open as long as we can throughout June in order to accomodate our comic subscribers and try and sell as much as possible of existing inventory to lessen the burden on me and my family. We have stopped accepting special orders at this point due to the uncertainty of being able to fill those orders.

We will honor all current special orders for comics for as long as we can and any of the current gaming special orders we have outstanding.

I will be contact with most of my comic subscribers to arrange pick up for their files until the very end, if needed.

It has been a pleasure serving you for these 11+ years and becoming good friends with all of you. Meeting all of you and talking to all of you made my life a better in the long run.
