My mom, Dorothy Welborn gained her wings on Monday night. She is with Dad again

Her service will be at the Ayer’s-Redmond funeral home on Friday avenue in Parchment. Visitation will be this Thursday. September 5th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm and the funeral service will be Friday the 6th at 11 am

Dear Scribble Doodle the Dappled Dachshund. I’m in bad trouble. I runned away this morning and was in the middle of the road when mama caught me.

She called me and I didn’t listen. She is very mad at me and I got put in doggie prison. I’ve tried all my cute tricks but it isn’t helping. Do you have any advice?

Hi everyone — it’s me, Bruno, mama and I wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas. I had a great day! I got to open presents and play with mama and my hoo-cousins.

My favorite gift was my llama I’ve carried it everywhere today and mama played fetch with me. I just love it! There were so many people to play with. I had a blast.

Mama did try to make me wear reindeer horns, but I shook them off immediately. I’m a dog not a reindeer. Geese mama, get it right.

Ty even opened presents. He got yummy treats and he SHARED with me.

We hope you had a good day and we wish you good adventures in 2024.

It’s been an interesting/challenging day today—mom forgot to put her cell phone up when we left the house to run errands.

Tyson “deaded” it. He did place a call to my brother before it died. I guess Ty was lonely.

Bruno and I had to run out and get a new phone for her.

Last Friday night in Hastings, Michigan I had the privilege to meet and listen to John Berry and his amazing band. What an incredible show.

If you ever get the chance jump at it. I’ve been to many concerts in my life but there is something magical about his Christmas show. It touched my heart as only good music can. His song “The Richest Man” brought me to tears. It is such a touching tribute to his father and I felt every word in my heart.

The Hastings Performance Center is a beautiful venue with no bad seats.

Thank you John and Robin Berry for a wonderful evening. Safe travels
