HEADS UP …. Jeanine Tenzi will be starting the in house sale tomorrow Friday at 9 am , 75 Pike Street ! We are still bringing more and more over daily . She will be in full control of the sale . And all the pricing ect ! Don’t miss this , as you will regret it ! Advice bring wrapping and boxes ect . We will have guys to help you load . 🤗♥️ Walt Staz and I want to thank you all for 2 1/2 years in Port Jervis . My hometown that I love ❤️ We all met such wonderful people and seen old ones too ! I know Vanessa Park shall miss you all too! She has made some wonderful friends too! Friday, Saturday is sale . Sunday is online auction ! All depending if we don’t sell out before hand ! So I’m sure ya all are wondering when Flip this closes . What will be on the agenda . Well Flip this store is going to close . But Flip this will exist still. But from my home and under my roof . At least until Covid get straightened out . As I can not deal with it no more . People are just way too scared . So I’m taking out the over head . I will still sell on line . So prices can be cheaper too! I will also go back to vintage linens online again . And clothes and accessories on posh . When and if the world goes normal . I shall open again . Better then ever ! Until then we are still around !

So a heads up . Flip this will be closed by March 1,2022 . We have someone who will take over the building . We will no longer be taking consignment. Will be no sales , but all will be auctioned . Any consignment that you would like to pick up . Please do before end of February.
