I’ve published several HAIKU AND TANKA POEM BOOKS that paint pictures with words. I write of occurrence and happening, of man’s spiritual, mental and physical world— life and death—and of man’s survival. My focus has been on all of these subjects.

Come and meet: Pam Fries
“Something’s Eating the Garden” was written about a visit that my husband and granddaughter Laci took to “Papa’s” amazing garden many years ago when Laci was 3.
The Lord inspired me to pen the words for the book in about an hour, then the pictures took another 7 years! It is finally here, though. Papa would have been so pleased!

Come and meet Rex Barton. Rex Barton
My name is Rex Barton; my friends call me Hawk.
As a published author, I'm inspired to write about my true-to-life incidences and experiences from the U.S. Army Military Police, law enforcement, and special
operations.
I write contemporary literary fiction (after the 1950s) that includes the following genres: Action/Adventure, Suspense/Thriller, Mystery/Crime, and Historical Fiction.
I have served in the following roles: United States Army Military Policeman stationed in Berlin, Germany, during the Cold War Era; Law Enforcement Deputy Sheriff & Deputy Coroner, Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department, California; Special operations unit, covert search and rescue missions.
