Thrift Star is celebrating lesser known heroes that combine their talents in BOTH style and music! Today we are highlight Double Z (Lizz Chisholm) from Queens NY. Her solo album "In Z Mood" is super funky from beginning to end, I honestly don't know why it isn't more well known! Lizz's 40 year career is still going strong! From her early days as the 1st hip-hop bass player, touring with Grand Master, Melle Mel and the Furious Five to her current output is FUNKY!
