Welcome to Isdell Mercantile!

This historic building, located right across from IronGlass Lighting’s Shop, is undergoing renovation under Dan DeFrance. It was first built in the late 1890s, and Dan’s grandmother bought it in the 1960s. Ten years ago, Dan wanted to see this building come to life again. He started by cleaning the building and then began to make improvements.

Isdell Mercantile has been used for special events and gatherings. Additionally, IronGlass Lighting will be using this building as a showroom for clients!

The history behind this building and the town of Pony excites us, and we are thrilled to share that with all of you! We appreciated Dan’s willingness to let us love this building as much as he and his family do.��
