We would like to wish everyone a happy and safe memorial day. Today we honor the memory of all those whom have fallen in service of our country. We are greatful for those brave men and women that gave their all, they secured the peace we all enjoy. They may be gone but their sacrifices will never be forgotten. We pray that in the future, conflict be solved without the need for bloodshed, that our soldiers come home to us, safe and sound!

In today's society work ethic is everything. What you do when you're not being watched is volumes louder than what you do when you're under surveillance. Your customers see it, for better and for worse and respond accordingly. When your most valuable resources are your employees it's always best to not allow poor work ethic, it is a fault line that will spread and take your business under.
