Got a call from my pastor in New York a few days ago telling me some WILD Jesus stories that happened to him one day last week all because of this sweatshirt I stitched for him in 2018.

Truthfully, I wonder if what I’m doing is important. I wonder if a little longboard shop online can make a difference, an impact, anything at all. Like at ALL. I get overwhelmed thinking about posting content because the enemy has been saying, “Elise, it doesn’t matter! No one looks at your posts anyways!! You’re too busy today. You can post your content tomorrow.”

And I believed it!! I still do sometimes!! My mind is so preoccupied with the lies that my little longboard shop doesn’t matter that I start to believe them.

But honey bunny if the devil can’t make you bad, he’ll make you busy.

So that hour-long phone call with Nic while I sat in my car about to buy paints for a big mural brought so many tears to my eyes because it was just Jesus story after Jesus story about things that happened all because of my one little sweatshirt I decided to stitch for Nic 7 years ago!!!

In the meantime, please send me fun photos and videos you have over the years in your apparel or with your longboards, because YOU are the ones I want to be posting about!!!

Okay thank you for reading all of this so early in the morning.
