It's big and beautiful! Organic soaps, Kool off all organic mosquito repellant and fabulous hand made jewelry occupy the entry room. The second room is Penny Candyland, and the seasonal room that will change. Summer now and back to school soon.

It is so odd to end Auntie Pam's Country Store after 10 years. Please come and see me every weekend this month, our final month. The last week of the month we will be open every day with huge sales.

So here is the game plan for Auntie Pam's Country Store. And we all know how to make God laugh? Tell him your plans.
The original plan in 2012 was to create an iconic , fun landmark of a store, beloved by Auntie and children of all ages. We accomplished that. Then the goal was to find the new Auntie to take the store over after enjoying it for 10 years. That 10 year mark is 16 months away and we are in the middle of a pandemic. Normally the store would be hysterically busy seven days a week with lots of fun events. John and I would be in a shopping frenzy trying to keep it stocked. It was fun and creative and giddy. We loved scouting for new directions and finding treasures. Now we are open 3 days a week and it is paying for overhead. But this will pass. John will get well. Covid days will be a dark memory and Auntie Pam's will still be here. Because what is childhood without the little penny candy store with the nice lady who knows you by name and everyone calls "Auntie." And when we do pass the baton, it will have to be a very special person with a very large heart.
