Guess who is coming to Downtown Plymouth (and Old Village)! We were selected as one of 325 independent bookstores across the country to host Find Waldo Local in July.

Sponsored by the American Bookseller Association and Candlewick Press, this program involves 25 fellow downtown businesses and YOU!

Here’s how to play:
🐘pick up your game card at Elephant Ear Books starting July 1.
🐘look for Waldo around town as you shop Plymouth’s fantastic stores.
🐘collect a stamp or signature from the store where you spot Waldo.
🐘return your completed game cards to Elephant Ear Books to enter for prize giveaways.
🐘celebrate the fun and learn the grand prize winners on Saturday, August 1 at 12:00pm at the bookstore.

We firmly believe that audiobooks are a fantastic way to digest a story. In fact, studies show that reading print and listening to an audiobook have the same brain benefits.

We love audiobooks because they help us with pronunciation of names we might otherwise not know how to say. Kids can absorb vocabulary and language patterns that help with lifelong learning. Plus, audiobooks make long car rides more enjoyable!
