We firmly believe that audiobooks are a fantastic way to digest a story. In fact, studies show that reading print and listening to an audiobook have the same brain benefits.

We love audiobooks because they help us with pronunciation of names we might otherwise not know how to say. Kids can absorb vocabulary and language patterns that help with lifelong learning. Plus, audiobooks make long car rides more enjoyable!

A couple Thursday Night Things:
1. I’ve been on a peony watch at home and they have popped. Look at these beauties!
2. Friday evening is for Bookish Happy Hour! Shop before settling in for the concert at Kellogg Park!
3. Story time this Saturday at 12 featuring a local author! Books will be available for purchase and she will sign them.
4. We still have signed copies of A Fortune of Sand.
5. Father’s Day is two weeks from Sunday!
