Are you a fan of chicken wings?

Check out Lakes Spices chicken wing recipe below! These wings are great for any occasion, and can be: grilled, baked, or smoked using your favorite wood.

Ingredients:
- 5lb combination of wings and drummies (thawed)
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- Lakes Spices Signature rub
- Lakes Spices Original BBQ rub

Instructions:
- Run pit/grill/oven at 300 F
- Use a paper towel to remove excess moisture from wings and drummies, and then place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil and evenly coat
- Add Dijon mustard and evenly coat
- Place on tray and evenly coat with Lakes Spices Signature rub, followed by a light coat of Lakes Spices Original BBQ
- Place the meat on the cooker, or tray, spice side down — and evenly coat the plain side of the meat using Lakes Spices Signature rub followed by Lakes Spices Original BBQ rub
- Flip and rotate every 10-15 minutes during the cook, and lightly spritz with apple cider vinegar at the same time

Only pull your wings and drummies from your cooker when you’ve hit an internal temp of at least 165 F. After an internal temp of 165 F, check your wings every 3-4 minutes until you have reached your ideal doneness.
