It’s bittersweet to share with you all that this Saturday 11/11/23 will be our last pop-up event at . We hope to see some of your faces there so we can thank you for your support over the last year🫶🏼

Now for the sweet part…

Coming early 2024 to Southside Bethlehem, Pennsylvania is . We’ll be offering the same square pies you’ve come to know and love, now paired with our own beers🍕🍻❤️

If you’ve had a pie from us over the last year, we want to shout a huge THANK YOU. We wouldn’t be able to venture on to this next chapter without the support of everyone who came out to grab a pie at one of our events. We have been working on our plans to open a brick and mortar brewery & pizza spot for a couple of years, and are excited to have it come to fruition.

To the breweries, farmers markets, and individuals who welcomed us into your businesses and even your homes to make pies for you and your loved ones, THANK YOU!

And to OUR loved ones who have helped us out in a variety of ways, from buying pies, folding pizza boxes, watching our dogs during long event days, and even just showing up for pizza, THANK YOU!!!

We are truly, truly grateful to everyone who made Pizza Post Co. a success over its short but sweet lifetime. We will see you in Bethlehem for continued pizza, beer, and memories! ❤️

It’s officially been ONE year of Pizza Post Co.🎂

We’ve experienced it all in the past year. From making 75 circles & squares in 2 hours, in 2 Oonis, in 30 degrees & snow Hidden River Brewing Company, to pulling all nighters after running out of dough one day and having a farmers market the next morning, to meeting some of the best people who became our “regulars” in a not-so-regular restaurant environment, and of course receiving the support of our family and friends who showed up to events to buy a pie, or help fold boxes when we were slammed.

We DEFINITELY did not know that we’d wind up on this path, or how long it would last, but we’re here to say thank you to anyone and everyone who has supported us along the way so far.

We have some exciting things to update you on soon, but catch us one last time at Free Will Brewing this Sunday from noon til sell-out 🍕❤️🍕

UPDATE! Oktoberfest is postponed, but we will still be at Forest & Main Brewing Company (241 N Main St, Ambler, PA) this Saturday from 2-6pm. Come eat and drink with us!

We're highlighting chicken from Horse Shoe Ranch, bacon & sausage from Pasture Song Farm, and produce from Kneehigh Farm (we'll have their onions, basil, and tomato)!

We'll be there serving pies from 3-7pm. See you there!

Shoutout to Pie Bird Farm for providing some sweetness to our private event offerings. Their hand pies were a major hit yesterday 🥧

We’ll see you at Morgan Creek Farm in Quakertown, PA for Fourth on the Farm this Saturday with square pies galore - you don’t want to miss the music, food & art vendors, camping, and more!

Then, we’re back at Horsham Farmers Market Sunday from 10-1 🥰
