No appointments are necessary, and it is first come first served. You can always call the store first to see what the wait time is, but sometimes a group of 3 or more people may walk in with items to sell, or we may finish up a large number of "buys" quickly. Depending on the quantity you are bringing in, a typical buy takes about 15 minutes for each. You can always drop off, and return within 24

hours if you're in a hurry. Please have a valid photo I.D. More important than brand, we look for what the teens are looking for - things you still see in the mall within the last year or so. We get a trend guide from corporate twice a year, so we are always buying forward. Some people get a little confused because what we have on our sales floor may no longer be what we are buying, but when in doubt, bring it! :-) We also encourage folks to go through their closet every 3 to 6 months. That helps keep everything pretty much within that year to year and a half period. Many times, it takes a few tries before a new seller gets the hang of how it works.
