Help a Disabled Veteran with Liver Cancer Through Surgery and Recovery

Hello, my name is Richard. I am a 69-year-old disabled veteran, and I’ve recently been diagnosed with liver cancer. I am scheduled to undergo surgery on October 28th at Stanford Hospital, which is 44 miles away from my home.

My wife and I are facing significant challenges in covering the costs associated with my treatment. Both of our vehicles are in need of repair, making it difficult for us to make the trip back and forth to the hospital. Additionally, we cannot afford a hotel in the area for the time I’ll need to be at Stanford.

We are asking for your help to cover transportation, vehicle repairs, and lodging expenses during this critical time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go a long way in helping us navigate this difficult journey.
