Please pray for my family. My dad is in the hospital again for the 4th time in the last 6 months. The doctors' can't seem to figure out what is causing his blood pressure issues. He is now experiencing severe migraines and stroke symptoms.

Also remember my mom in prayer. She is facing a lot right now. Not only is my dad in the hospital, my uncle Buford is also in the hospital. I am not sure what is he has been diagnosed with. My uncle Dan has been fighting cancer for the last couple of years. He is very weak and tired from the chemo and radiation. He is supposed to have a scan this week so please pray for a good report. Our family is facing a lot of enemy attacks right now but, I know that God is the ultimate physisian and He is always in control.

Five years ago, I became a 42 year old widow. That was not in my life plan. About three years ago, I began to pray God what do I do now? When He answered I thought I was crazy.

More often than not I will be found in my craft room creating something. So when the opportunity for participating in a craft fair arose I decided to test my theory about God's answer to my question. I decided that if God truly wanted me to pursue the craft business, I would sell a lot of the crafts I made.

I did not even sell enough to make my money back on the booth fee. I was so disappointed. I thought "See you are crazy! God did not tell you to start a craft business! That was all in your head!"

After the disaster of the craft fair, I began to pray in earnest.
My prayer: Dear God, Please give me something to do. I am going crazy! Please give me a job opportunity or a sign of what Your will is. Please!
His Answer: "When are you going to do what I have already told you to do?"
"You mean the craft business thing?" I can't do that. I didn't sell anything the last time I tried. That was crazy idea I had. That can't be what you are talking about.
"The last time, did you include Me? Did you stop and pray to Me and ask for direction in your plan? Do this as worship unto Me and I will provide people and resources to help you."
So I listened. I began to craft what I loved instead of what I thought people would buy. I asked for God's blessing and He followed through. So The Flutterbye Paper Company was born.

I want to thank all of my customers this year for your support. It has been a rough year healthwise for me. I am looking forward to next year! Keep an eye on this page for some exciting new products coming soon!

These handmade scrapbooks are my new obsession. They are made of chipboard and cardstock. I will be selling these at my craft fair event on Saturday. Videos of the books are in the comments. Let me know what you think!

Just a little reminder about Saturday! It's going to be a fun day for early Christmas shopping. I will have several stocking stuffers and little gifts for everyone on your list.

We are going to be here at the Boot Country Craft Show on Saturday. Make plans to come out and see us!!

Got the signs posted around town, and the banner hung at the entrance to the arena property. Naturally I will decorate it more before the show, but at least now anyone who drives by will know that is where the show is!
