After being closed for 10 days due to the terrible derecho and tornadoes that occurred on August 11th, our Highland location is back up and running! While we have power at this location, the internet is still down so please be patient with staff as they work to ring up customers through their phone hotspots.
Andie went down to Highland on Wednesday to assess everything. We are very blessed and grateful that the damages from heat loss and exposure weren’t as bad as we were expecting. However, almost 70,000 people in the area are STILL without electricity, food, water, sewer and basic necessities. Please continue to keep the communities in northwest Indiana in your prayers while restoration is still in progress.
