. In which we are attempting to raise at least 54k through a promotional special preorder system where every 20 dollars contribution will be honored with a specially packaged first edition signed 3 Pack of my utility patent pending live bait harness. First, I will start off with My professional resume to attempt such a design. I am commercial fisherman particularly 7 to 14 day trips 20 to 80 miles of Nantucket I have done this for over 4 yrs. But started on long range Pelagic Long liner vessels, The Perfect storm style of fishery. I primarily baited hooks, that's what I was good at usually 500-800 a night myself This is fact. I have had the pleasure many times in this not only to see the ocean and work the Gear, but to have run into and interacted with some of the greatest fishermen, and some of the worst. Fishing has also been a lifelong hobby. primarily you guessed it, live bait and tackle options. I want my gear to fish, and I want my bait to last, not just for money but time of "gear in the water". So, the wraps, these are a soft plastics design of a u-shaped belt that when folded up and secured. forms a certain fitting shape around my bait because of the anatomy of the bait fish's body, but that is not enough to hold the fish in certain scenarios I have attached a 20 lb. 7 strand steel cable inside each edge, this locks the bait from stretching over the fish's head during casting, (securing a comfortable humane design has proven much easier said than done I promise). Because even that isn't enough the most crucial is the friction inside the band. you see you cannot squeeze a fish hard enough to stay in the wrap (not only is it unethical as a fisherman yes, I have those) but you will kill your bait he will not present well, and it most likely won't stay anyways. I have experimented for the right texture. turns of it is a certain glue that when glitter flakes were added on top gives a hard texture like the inside of a bass' mouth and has proven perfect in testing when rigged properly with good, designed prototypes. and I have caught a lot of bass and Pickeral because of life and location i have been mostly required to test on shiners in lakes. but with the correct wrap (typically translucent red has been my favorite). rigged properly my fishes gives off a swim pattern I've noticed mostly in injured mullet, my southerners know what I'm saying. I have also been able to attach weight to my baits body discretely so no need for split shots. It works and has a lot of room in fishing, as I can make these a lot of different ways (glowing??) so back to the Kickstarter. if you would like to participate in this possible launch contribute 5 dollars of more for a reward that I have agreed to honor if our goal is met. and the 20 dollars gets you 3 of the limited print translucent red jack wraps!! And I will certainly express my gratitude to each package personally. So thank for your interest the url isn't generated until October 25th 2022 and I will monitor and update this page daily.
