Allow me to set the scene: It was the 70s. The ice cream truck (Hood) drove around the neighborhood with their “da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da” musical ditty that enticed all the kids to gather around. With my 25 cents clenched tight in my closed fist I sprinted to the white truck to join the line. I was loyal—the creamsicle was the only ice cream I ever ordered. So, now, can you imagine how happy I was biting into this macaron? Please don’t ask how many I had. 😂🤦‍♀️😋🍊
