I’m awful at posting consistently, but wanted to give y’all an update. I’m currently tightening down my menu, as I’m sure you can tell, and focusing on the well loved sourdough and focaccias. While I bake 150+ loaves a week, I am also a full time stay at home mom and sole caretaker to the two most wonderful boys (ages 3 & 1). Our youngest was a newborn last year so slept a lot during the day so I could work, but this year both of them are wild and feral and loving and very very awake and involved in life. What a blessing! I also make 3 meals a day from scratch, tend to the farm and animals, and keep the house in a somewhat state of order. This isn’t a pity party, to be clear, it’s just providing some context to my step back from the little treats. These boys are my first priority always, and prioritizing all of our health, wellbeing, and joy comes first even if it means not doing everything all at once. I’m trying to get better at that and treat market season like a marathon and not a sprint. Thank you all for being so understanding during this fleeting season ❤️☀️🌻
