First of all, Thank you to all those who donated this year to help reach our goal. Unfortunately we didn't meet it but did make it exactly half way with 169! So that means 69 more Veterans than last year will ve recognized with a wreath!
Volunteers will be needed to help place these wreaths. Come be a part of the ceremony at North Pittston cemetery on Saturday Dec 13th.
Time will be announce by Friday.

We are in our last few weeks to sponsor a wreath for our Pittston cemeteries. We are trying for all of our veterans in Pittston to have a wreath this season.
We need your help to do so, $17 each for a veteran wreath. 🇺🇲

Happy Beautiful Autumn Day, it's that time of year to get all of our beloved veterans wreaths for this season!
Sponsored wreaths are $17 each, you can go to wreathsacrossamerica.org and search Pittston, ME or MEPIME for our specific location.
We will be working at covering all Veterans this year which is over 300! Please help in any way possible.

Today was the clean up day for all the wreaths placed in December for our Veterans. 🇺🇲
It wasn't the best weather day but it's officially done. We are looking forward to next season with the goal of placing a wreath for all of Pittston Veterans at 338!

Today was a great day laying wreaths for our Veterans. Chilly but sunny December day in Pittston Maine. We were able to lay all 113 wreaths between 4 cemeteries. And display the 8 ceremonial wreaths at Putnam/ North Pittston Cemetary.
Thank you to those that donated and helped to lay wreaths, we look forward to doing it again for 2025. 🇺🇲❤️🤍💙

Saturday, December 14th is wreath day. We will be gathering at 1:00 at North Pittston/ Putnam Cemetary to honor and place our 53 wreaths as well as ceremony wreaths along the fence.

We reached our goal and then some! Thank you!
We have until Dec 3rd to do online sponsored wreaths only. Those who want to contribute to other Pittston cemeteries we will be placing those on a few Veterans as well.
Volunteers will be greatly appreciated on December 14th for wreath placement. We will hang our military flags temporarily for display.
Times of pickup and placement will be posted ASAP.
Anyone who wants to do hot cocoa and pastry/ snack would be a nice touch.
Pictures that day and sponsor names will (if approved) will be posted that day.

We have officially made it over our goal amount! We have 6 additional wreaths as of now to put on other Pittston cemeteries. Total amount donate to date is $1011.00
