Midweek check-in as we continue making the rounds across NEPA 👋

One thing we’ve noticed visiting businesses is that a lot of mailing and shipping processes weren’t really “designed” — they just evolved over time.

A few people asked what the whole IMI change actually means, so here it is in plain English:

The United States Postal Service is basically saying:
👉 older postage meters are being phased out
👉 newer, more secure tech is the new standard

Midweek business thought:

A lot of office mailing and shipping setups work just well enough that nobody touches them… until they become a headache.

Meters, shipping accounts, labels, small parcel, outgoing mail — a lot of businesses are doing it the same way they did 5–10 years ago and just dealing with the inefficiency.
