Today Sandra would have been 37 years old. Getting through the first birthday without my daughter. If she was here I would have made her a cake. Made her a blanket and wrapped her in my arms to tell her how much I love you. The first of everything this year I know will be a challenge. But I am able to keep my schedule. Love you with my whole heart and miss you every second.

August, the last month of summer how are you all planning on spending it. Me personally, I would like to say I am savoring all of the nice warm weather for as long as we can. Winter will be here soon and green will be replaced by brown and snow. I am ok with the season's changing; it brings more opportunity for growth and perseverance.
