STORE POLICIES

Credit Card Minimum
There is a minimum of $5 to use a credit card. Return Policy
Returns on non-collectible items are accepted within 30 days from purchase. Returns will be made in the original form of payment or store credit. Returned items must be in new, sellable condition. Sales are final on clearance items and collectible items (collectible card game packs, card singles, blind

booster items, etc) and these items may not be returned. Outside Food and Drink
Outside, non-alcoholic drinks are permitted, but no open beverage containers are allowed on play surfaces. Messes must be cleaned up immediately, and staff must be informed of any spills as soon as possible. You may be asked to consume particularly odorous items outside and dispose of any resulting trash elsewhere. No food is currently permitted in the store. Proxy, Counterfeit, Playtest and Printed Policy
For TCG events, the use of “proxy” cards is not permitted, with the exception that a currently-not-in-use, legitimate copy can be immediately produced when asked either by an employee or a fellow participant, or an official proxy has been provided by the store for an official reason. For miniature games, fully custom models are acceptable if an official, currently-not-in-use version may be produced when asked by an employee or opponent. For custom bits, the bulk of the model (60% or more) must be official. The measurement points of the model must be the same as the official version.
