David's Delicious Chocolates is a purveyor of safe-to-enjoy, dark, delicious chocolates, jelly beans and energy bars. But why not help others?

Being diabetic and a chocoholic I know how difficult it is to find healthy chocolate. So I launched my own website with high cocoa and low sugar products. Chocolates with polyphenols, flavanols and antioxidants. So I expanded my product line to feature SAFE healthy lightly roasted dark chocolate for folks with other dietary considerations.

The Chocolate Postman-Raw?

Question: "the marketing trend in Australia is RAW chocolate. What is the definition of RAW chocolate"? Back in 1935 Amelia Earhart was flying high above the sea as the first person to ever fly solo across the great Pacific ocean from Honolulu to Oakland, California-a distance of more than 2400 miles. And while piloting a plane across the great blue ocean she had with her a special drink-hot chocolate. After landing safely in California she told interviewers "that was the most interesting cup of chocolate I have ever had, sitting up 8,000 feet over the the middle of the Pacific ocean quite alone".
