Lisa Horton —a champion, leader, and architect of the game.
From the field to the sidelines, Lisa has spent over two decades dominating and elevating women’s football. A 15-year playing career as the Pittsburgh Passion’s star quarterback, three national championships, and over 18,000 passing yards are just part of her legendary resume. But her impact doesn’t stop there. As the team’s Co-Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator, an assistant coach at Slippery Rock University, and an NFL Bill Walsh Coaching Fellowship with the Cowboys, she’s pushing the game forward at every level.
A two-time Team USA gold medalist, Hall of Fame inductee, and mentor to countless athletes, Lisa is proof that leadership isn’t just about winning—it’s about building opportunities for the next generation. Whether she’s designing offensive playbooks, coaching the best in the game, or inspiring young players to chase their dreams, Lisa Horton is redefining what it means to be a force in football.
