✨Cookie Table Season✨
(when isn’t it cookie table season, really?)

While we’re on a bit of an extended pop-up break (oops), we were given the most lovely opportunity to cater some cookies for a friend’s wedding cookie table 🥹 super big congrats to the happy pair! I’m so so so glad we got to contribute to your celebration with some miso pb cookies 🥰🎊

We’re not back in full swing just yet (working on it) but if you need a few dozen cookies for your special thing…we’ll see what we can do 😉

Hey fraaands! We didn’t mean to ghost ya, PGH 😅

Turns out winter break made us realize we needed an even longer break, WHOOPS. Life lately is a lot, and there’s a thousand moving parts that we’re figuring out before we can do pop-ups again — but WE WILL DO POP UPS AGAIN, fear not 😘 we’re not making it to VegFair (😭) but we’re shooting for VegFest (🤞). We’ll let you know how it all shakes out…

Lately, we’re spending our time supporting other pop up pals, like at the Bloomfield Farmers Market and at our fav brewery 💕

And in the meantime, we’re actively working on the BOH side of the business bits. It’s always a challenge, but it’ll be worth it to feed yinz some seitan brats and miso pb cookies.

Thanks for continuing to follow along even when it looks like we’re not doing anything — and for thinking of us when you’re craving something incredibly specific 😜💜

We love doing this, and plan to do it some more we promise 🫠

✨ 2023 was a year, dude ✨ (TL;DR: 💕🎉)

Hi again! Sorry it’s been a minute!
Everything after vegan thanksgiving was a blur, idk about yinz…

Looking back at this year, we can say for certain that we accomplished more than we ever dreamed possible! And somehow we have even larger visions that are still churning away in our brains. Life’s crazy.

In 2023 we made humble lil NoocH —> NoocH PGH LLC, which ultimately allowed us to be a vendor at THE pittsburgh vegfest. Seriously, a many years long dream coming to fruition — it is so insane to say we have really done it!

Some highlights for us include:
- our many themed dinner collabs at twofrays 🍻
- celebrating health dept wins when our permit applications went through at the eleventh hour 🎉
- meeting and learning from so many small business in the city making incredible vegan food 🥰
- going on a real get-on-a-plane vacation 🌅
- bonding with what felt like half of the city over the love of a good hot dog 😂🌭

While we don’t have plans for a whole brick’n’mortar, we still have big things coming that we can’t wait to share with ya in the new year 🤗💕
(We’ve already got our vegfest 2024 menu planned, getting freakin’ ready 😤)
(Also vegan street fair coming to pgh?! Count us in?!)

We have so much fun doing this, for us and for yinz. Thank you all so much for making 2023 the most insane and gratifying year of our lives, Pittsburgh! Happy 2024, ya lovely foodies! See ya soon 😘

Sunday Fun(draiser) Menu! 🍿🍪🍎

It’s Halloweekend and was so awesome to host a fundraising event with us during their Halloween movie marathon 👻 (and Sunday is Scooby Doo, hell yeah!)

Sunday 10/29 from 5-8pm we’ll be serving movie snacks, and all proceeds from our menu will be going straight to ! Just show us a proof of donation of $5 or more and you’ve got treats — no tricks we promise 😉

Here’s what we’ve got:
🍎 Homemade Applesauce literally like mom makes, because it’s Neal’s mom’s family recipe! Apples are hand picked from and milled to perfection 💕
🍿 Seasoned Popcorn, either with our own miso nooch seasoning or with garlic & salt
🍪NoocH PGH classic cookies: miso pb of course, and bringing back double dark chocolate coconut!

It’s all GF and vegan, and it’s all for charity! Additionally, Twofrays will be donating $1/pint sold at this event ✨

We’re back, friends!

When not doing NoocH stuff, Neal has been working with an organization called the Homeless Children’s Education Fund for the past few months. October is Homeless Children’s Awareness month, so we want to spread the word through NoocH.

So, we will be holding a fundraiser this Sunday from 5-8pm at Two Frays Brewery as part of HCEF’s You Can campaign.
There, we will have NoocH snacks available for FREE with proof of donation of at least five dollars. To donate, follow the link in our bio or the QR code at Two Frays and fill out the info. Also will be donating $1 of every draft to HCEF!
Feel free to donate ahead of time or donate the day of 🙂

The menu will be simple, but delicious as always 😀
🍿Popcorn - seasoned with either miso + nooch or garlic + salt
🍪 Cookies - our fan fav of peanut butter miso and double chocolate coconut
🍎 Homemade Applesauce - this applesauce is made using a family recipe from Neal’s mom, so we’re excited to share it with you!

Anyway, please consider coming to hang with us Sunday! We are excited to see you all while we drink, snack, and support children + families experiencing homelessness in Allegheny County.

🍻 PROST 🍻 Oktoberfest is upon us and it’s time to feast 🍽️

Find us THIS SATURDAY 9/16 at 4-9pm for an all-Vegan Oktoberfest celebration by

and/or find us WEDNESDAY 9/20 at 6-9pm where this menu got started 🥰

Here’s our classic Oktoberfest menu! This is the menu we started with 2 years ago — it’s tried & true, we’d be nowhere without Neal’s incredible seitan creations 💕

That being said, let’s get into it:
🌭 Oktoberfest Brat w/ caraway kraut & spicy brown mustard
🌭 Classic Brat w/ any combo of Heinz, mustard, and onion
🌭 Buffalo Brat w/ celery relish, cashew buffalo cheese sauce, and onion (this one’s a new addition this year and we’re obsessed)

In addition to the dogs, we’ll have Currywurst on the menu! If you’ve never heard of or had it before, this is some traditional Oktoberfest fare: it’s our seitan brat sliced into rounds and swimming in a tomato and curry spice sauce. So savory, so decedent 🤤

As far as sides and desserts are concerned, we’ve got a German style potato salad including green beans, radishes, shallots, and the MOST fresh dill.
Also bringing our German Chocolate Cake to the party, but as cupcakes this year 🧁
It’ll still have all the espresso chocolate frosting and coconut caramel filling 😉

✨GIRRRRL DINNERRRR✨
Let’s freaking go 💅💕

SO hype to be hanging out at servin up THEE quintessential VEGAN girrrl dinnerrrr tomorrow (8/30)!!

We’re bringing out the classics:
🧀 mini charcuterie w/ our fav extra sharp cheddar
🍿 miso seasoned popcorn made on site
🍪 DUH, these miso peanut butter cookies as big as your face

AAAAND bc this is a special occasion we whipped together a new lil recipe and are including a hummus plate! Featuring a butter&garlic sautéed carrot and Tunisian spice hummus 😱 it’s a mouthful of a title, but that’s what’s in it 🤷🏻‍♀️
It’ll be an option of charcuterie to “pick your protein” whether you’d like cheese or hummus and it’ll come with the fruit, herbs, nuts, pickled radish, etc!

We’re also throwing baguette slices in the mix bc what is girl dinner without some bread 🥖

Without the bread, EVERYTHING is gluten free if you want it to be 😇

Head on down to TwoFrays tomorrow night and treat ya’self 🍻
