How about a delicious Chicken Teriyaki and Rice from our Make-a-Meal Bundle?
For the chicken teriyaki:
- Marinate chicken breasts in a mixture of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and brown sugar for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-sear the marinated chicken until fully cooked, add green onions, and glazed with the teriyaki sauce.
- Slice the chicken and drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce before serving.
For the rice:
- Rinse 1 cup of jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.
- Fluff the cooked rice with a fork before serving.
