It’s that time of year - my nephew Emmett’s 2nd annual back to school lemonade & sweets stand! Plus, SURPRISE! I’ll be doing a small “pop up” of bouquets there too! Tomorrow, Friday August 21st, 11am-sellout!

Location: 1543 Anderson Rd in Shaler - 2 minutes from the Flower Cart house!

If you loved the baked goods from our Fall Market, you don’t want to miss this! 22 varieties of sweet treats including cookies, brownies, breads, Rice Krispie treats & more! He will be sharing a portion of his proceeds with our partner project- Stella's Snack Shack - A Little Free Pantry for Pets - Shaler Township, PA just like last year 🥰.

Some of my tubers that Stephanie at Among the Wildflowers Sanctuary bought from our April tuber sale are already blooming! I’m a little jealous 😍. Great green thumb you’ve got Steph!

Updates from around here….dahlias are getting bigger & starting to bud, the celosia is pinched, & the sunflowers are starting to bloom. Note that quite a few of my dahlias didn’t come up….it happens to the best of us! But celosia has self seeded everywhere, including the cracks of the pathways 🌱

Dahlias are really starting to appear now! Finished planting almost everything else in the garden too. Now we just need sunshine and time 💛
