Umber Chocolates (aka me, Veronica) will be on Rochester, NY’s own Channel 13, WHAM AB morning News tomorrow, Friday, April 23! Tune in around 9am to catch us!

If you haven't seen in our stories yet, Umber Chocolates will be teaming up with author Stella Rossi for a book and chocolate popup!

This is Stella Rossi's first book signing event, so be sure to come up and support a new author!

Umber Chocolates will even have a special 🥃 whiskey 🥃 flavored chocolate with a design that goes along with the book, plus 12 other flavors.

These whiskey chocolates are special release, so once they're gone, they're gone!

There's something about a chocolate covered strawberry that screams Valentine's Day, so you KNOW we had to put one in this year's Valentine Collection!

This one is a dark chocolate shell with a creamy strawberry white chocolate ganache on the inside.

I know the weather wasn’t great on Saturday, but I had so much fun at the Pittsburgh Holiday Market!

Our two giveaway winners, and .m.baylor got their free tickets and stopped by to pick up their choice of chocolates and a bag of Mexican Hot Chocolate. I also got to meet the wonderful author Cathy Wiley!

We also gave out samples of the Mexican Hot Chocolate for the first time at this event and getting to watch people’s live reactions was so enjoyable.

Here’s some of my favorite first reactions:
☕️ “Oh, wow. It’s taking me places.”
☕️ “Mm. Happiness. It tastes like pure happiness.”
☕️ “It’s weirdly good.” - Nicole M.

Some other fun ones were:
☕️ “The spice is perfect but it needs more cinnamon.”
☕️ “There’s way too much cinnamon.”
☕️ “It’s not even that spicy.”
☕️ “Woo, boy! That is spice-sayyy!”

😂 If you haven’t tried our Mexican Hot Chocolate, it’s 10 servings for $12 and is perfect for the person who loves a little cinnamon and spice in their life.

I had the joy of setting up my chocolate booth inside on Sunday and having some of the best conversations I’ve had in a long time!

We also gave some out-of-towners recommendations on the bookstores and coffee shops around the city.
