Very frustrated these last 24 hours. We had opened an Etsy shop on a whim to reach a larger audience. It took off amazingly well and yesterday, Dec 3, Etsy removed us from being searchable and from marketing us. Per their email, we took too many orders in a short amount of time and while we weren’t late to our committment on any of them, Etsy assumes we could get backlogged and essentially shut us down. Customer service consists of canned responses from online chat. I can’t get an answer as to when or how we become searchable and marketed again. But, if people have the direct link to the store, they can find us. Please help us share both our direct website and Etsy shop, because while beyond frustrated, there was value in our Etsy store reaching a larger audience! 😕
