Our friends at Spine Mountain will be available for Bicycle Ride Across Georgia cyclists tomorrow!

🚴‍♂️ BRAG Riders, Welcome to Pine Mountain!

We’re excited to welcome 900 Bike Ride Across Georgia (BRAG) cyclists to downtown Pine Mountain Saturday morning!

Be sure to stop by the Spine Mountain Cyclist Recovery Station for a FREE cyclist stretch designed to help relieve tight hips, reduce lower back strain, and keep you riding strong for the miles ahead.

Whether you’re looking for a quick reset or just want to say hello, we’d love to meet you.

‼️ BRAG is here! ‼️ Bicycle Ride Across Georgia
Tomorrow morning, Saturday, June 6th we will have around 1,000 cyclists coming through Harris County! Here is what you need to know:
Downtown Pine Mountain is a rest stop from 8am to 11am
Hamilton Square is a rest stop from 9am to 11am
Please come out and cheer the riders on!
Callaway Blue is providing water for riders at both stops.
Spine Mountain Physical Therapy and Wellness Studio is offering a FREE 1-minute cyclist stretch for participants at the Pine Mountain stop.
Cyclists will be leaving Lagrange at 7am for the last day of BRAG! When they get to Pine Mountain they will hop on our wonderful Man O'War Trail, ride over the mountain and hop off the trail at the square in Hamilton heading to their final destination in Columbus. Our roads are marked with circle directionals and while streets won't be closed you may want to take alternate routes if you see one of these directional circles in the morning. See photo for example of directional circles. Cyclists will do their best to stay out of the way and would really appreciate your patience as they travel through our friendly area!
If you are a BUSINESS/SHOP along the route, especially in Pine Mountain and Hamilton where there will be rest stops, you may want to consider being open a little early and be prepared for a few hours of crowded areas. Cyclists may or may not stop to shop but be ready, just incase 😉

BRAG is coming to Troup, Harris & Muscogee Counties this Saturday June 6th. Though much of the route will include the Thread, MoW, & Riverwalk Rails to Trails paths, a few of our local roads will also be needed to connect them. Please keep your eyes open for the 1000+ cyclists that will be riding south from Lagrange through Pine Mountain into Columbus. Come out and cheer them on their way.

For the safety of our cyclists, DO NOT DRIVE ON THE BRAG BIKE COURSE!

Hey BRAG drivers/family of cyclists! Don't drive on the bike route.
Bike routes are marked with white road markings like the one pictured here. If you see these while driving, then you are driving the wrong course and are at risk of endangering cyclists. Usually, the "fastest route" with mostly highways is the best route to avoid cyclists.

John and Dawn are going to ride the first 3 days of BRAG! The shop will be CLOSED Tuesday, June 2nd and will re-open Wednesday, June 3 and look forward to assisting all the BRAG riders on the last day when they ride through Pine Mountain on Saturday, June 6th!
