Bus Tour Destination #4 Updates 🚌:
We can't thank you enough for the excitement we have heard from so many of you about our next trip! One of our goals with these bus tours is to create a fantastic experience where you don't have to worry about a thing - you just register, pack your bags 💼 😉 and let us handle the rest. So we are absolutely thrilled that you're thrilled!
We won't have the final details, including the full itinerary and trip cost, until sometime in September, but we're excited to give you a sneak peek at what's in the works:
Two dates for Savannah!
Our 2027 Bus Tours to Savannah, Georgia (tour name TBD!) will be:
May 5-15, 2027
October 16-26, 2027
Both months are looking fantastic! 🌸
Trisha has talked to at least a dozen tour guides and hotel staff from West Virginia to Georgia, and every single one said both May and October are wonderful times to visit. May brings a good chance of seeing everything in bloom🌸, and both months offer some of the best odds for comfortable weather. Hooray!
A peek at where we're headed:
🚌 2 nights lodging at Mountain Lake Lodge in Virginia, where Dirty Dancing 💃🕺was filmed.
🚌 2 nights in Charleston, South Carolina
🚌 3 nights in Savannah, Georgia
🚌 a day visiting Tybee Island
🚌 Nights 1, 9, and 10 will primarily be travel days, but we have some fun stops in the works!
Registration will open in September.
We expect to announce the final trip details in September and open registration about a week later. Registration for May and October will open at the same time, with single, double, and triple occupancy options available.
Farm Girls get priority registration!
Farm Girls will be able to register beginning at 8 AM on a Saturday (exact date TBD, but likely in the second half of September). Farm Girls will have the first 24 hours to register.
Registration will open to all other guests at 8 AM Sunday, the day after registration opens.
Planning to room together? Please read these important reminders:
To make sure guests traveling together can register for the same room, one person from a double-occupancy group will register for two spots, and one person from a triple-occupancy group will register for three spots at checkout. For priority Farm Girl registration, every person in the room must be a Farm Girl.
As with all of our bus trips, space is limited to approximately 42 guests.
A little heads-up about October:
We've already heard from quite a few people who are planning to join us for the October trip, so we expect that date to fill very quickly - and it's very possible it will sell out during the Farm Girl registration window.
We've also heard great interest in the May trip. If you're hoping to join us in 2027 and May works for your schedule, we encourage you to consider that option. It may give you a little more flexibility when registration opens!
