🚀 Future CEO in Training? Maybe. Head of Outside Sales? Definitely.

This morning, our very own Grady (age 9), Head of Outside Sales at Bear Cub Customs, suited up and stepped into the big leagues—visiting a local BNI (Business Network International) meeting right here in Montgomery! (His business partner was unable to attend due to his required attendance at band camp!)

Not only did he shake hands with local business leaders, but he also took a few minutes to confidently explain what we do at Bear Cub Customs—from engraved tumblers to custom gifts, branded swag, and more. 💼🛠️

He even gave away a few gifts to promote BCC!

We’re beyond proud of how he’s learning to build relationships, share our story, and represent our family business with heart and hustle. These early experiences are the building blocks of a legacy we’re excited to watch grow.

Another successful order!

Blake Harrison and his crew at Harrison Heating and Air always do a phenomenal job of keeping our home comfortable regardless of the extreme heat or cold.

The cubs were thrilled to be able to take care of this order of 24 custom engraved patches paired with some awesome camo hats!
