I’m so excited to share that I’ve officially earned my real estate license! (Did anyone catch my “Blue Skies and Sunshine” reference in my last post?😉)

This is a big career change for me, but one thing hasn’t changed—I’ve always loved helping people. Now I get to continue doing that in a new way: by guiding families, friends, and neighbors through one of life’s biggest milestones—finding a place to call home.

Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or just have questions about the process, I’d love to be your go-to person.

Dear Friends & Valued Customers,

Eight years, countless zippers, hems, and happy customers later — it’s time to hang up my needle. I have made the difficult decision to close Diamond C Designs.

It has been my honor to alter, mend, and create garments for so many of you — for weddings, graduations, special occasions, and everyday life.

This decision was not made lightly, but I know it is the right step for me and my family at this time.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for trusting me with some of your most treasured moments and for allowing me to be a small part of your lives. Your support over the years has meant more to me than words can say. I’m so grateful for every stitch, every story, and every smile we’ve shared.

Though this chapter is closing, I look ahead to new beginnings with nothing but blue skies and sunshine in my heart — thanks to all of you who have made these past 8 years so bright.

As I’m sure most are aware, due to Tefiti’s mood swings, cell service is non existent and internet is in and out. If you message and I don’t respond, I apologize. But it is completely out of my hands.

I have several invoices I am waiting to send out until tomorrow. I am finishing up prom tomorrow, as well!

Please continue to use caution when traveling and pray for those who have been affected by these storms.

Fun fact. I’ve not gone on a trip and not worked bought fabric since I started this business in 2017. I have Scottish wool tweed, and a Costa Rican print. I have bought fabric in every state I’ve been to. It’s a little personal tradition.

Here’s a picture of us on Loch Ness in 2023. Shortly after this photo we got to witness the exhibit of Mary Quant in a museum in Glasgow. She invented the mini skirt. She was an absolute LEGEND.
