We can't wait to start roasting new harvest of Honduras coffee ❤️

They're on their way.

Right now, somewhere on the open ocean, a shipping container holds the freshest green coffee beans from our 2026 Honduras crop. The cherries have been picked, processed, and dried — and now the beans are making their final journey to us.

Next week, they arrive.

We'll be there for every moment of it — the delivery, the first roast, the first cup.

Stay tuned, because this year's crop has been a long time coming and we can't wait to share it with you.

Coffee from Honduras ☕🌱
Did you know Honduras has become one of the rising stars in specialty coffee?
Not long ago, Honduran coffee was mostly used in blends and considered more “average” on the global market. But over the past 20–30 years, things have changed dramatically. With better farming practices, education, and improved processing methods, quality has increased so much that Honduras is now recognized for high-grade specialty coffee.
Today, it is the largest coffee producer in Central America and is gaining attention worldwide for its clean, sweet, and balanced flavor profiles. Many coffees from Honduras grow at high altitudes (often 1,200–1,800 meters), which helps develop more complex sweetness and aroma in the beans.
Honduran coffees often feature notes of chocolate, caramel, and mild fruit acidity — smooth, approachable, and full of character.
From green beans to roasting, every step matters. We carefully roast these beans to highlight their natural sweetness and bring out their best qualities.

Did you know coffee starts as a green bean?

Before the rich aroma, deep flavor, and fresh roasted color you know, coffee begins as a raw green seed inside the coffee cherry.

These beautiful green beans came to us from Honduras, where they were carefully grown, harvested, and dried under the sun before making their journey to our roastery.

We roast in small batches to bring each bean to life — transforming it from green to golden brown, unlocking the aroma and flavor hidden inside
Every cup starts here. From farm to roast to your home.
Order now and we’ll have it freshly roasted and delivered to you by Friday.
