Yay for 4 way! Thanks Royale! Fingers crossed!

We know the intersection of 6th Drive and Glenrosa Ave can be a safety issue as it’s not currently a 4 way stop. Along with other safety improvements we are creating along 6th drive and Glenrosa, we have asked the City for a 4 way stop at this intersection. The City at our request is conducting this evaluation to see if it meets the criteria and we should hear back in 4 weeks. We will keep you updated.

Sadly we say see you later to the Refuge! The addition of affordable housing is welcome but sorry to see you go!

The Refuge Cafe Is Closing!!!

In order to make room for affordable housing, The Refuge Café will close its doors at its current location. We’ll keep an eye open for future café options, but for now the Refuge brand will live on as Refuge Coffee, a private label coffee business that is sold online and wholesale. And FYI, you can still visit the Refuge Café airport location in Terminal 4, Concourse B. In the meantime, please stop by The Refuge Café by June 30 to say good-bye and lift a mug as we usher in housing for the most vulnerable.
