The Culvert St. (bascule) Lift Bridge (O-4) north of Oswego Canal Lock O-1 in Phoenix will return to normal on-demand operation at 7 a.m. tomorrow, Friday, June 9.

We greatly appreciated the patience shown by mariners and local Phoenix-area residents while the repair was completed.
