J & A Caramel We make a variety of caramel flavors: Sea salt, coffee, milk chocolate or dark chocolate, and our newest flavor maple bacon with real bacon pieces.

Our seasonal flavors are pumpkin spice and apple cinnamon. Our caramels come in 3 sizes 2.5, 8, 16 oz bags. Our caramel with its rich buttery finish will have you yearning for more. Soft, smooth, and chewy are the words to best describe our wonderful treat. Sweetened milk, Karo syrup and light brown sugar add the delicious sweetness with a hint of vanilla to give it that classic caramel taste.To t

op off this delicious and rich treat we sprinkled it with course ground sea salt. While that was plenty to keep our customers happy we wanted to offer more. One idea that was given to us was to add coffee. So we gave it a shot, adding delicious ground vanilla coffee right on top creating an unforgettable treat..... and it ended up being our personal favorite flavor. Our second idea was to add delicious melted milk chocolate. This gave a great flavor profile for the people that prefer sweet over salty. You will still taste the added sea salt but the chocolate will give you that chocolaty goodness every chocoholic loves.
