learned a new stitch today! I'm going to make a halter top with it..... which may end up being part of a dress..... I'm thinking a peach/blush color for the skirt......

I bought this super cute case for my tablet.... It was listed as 'universal' for an 8" screen.... I was really sad when it arrived in the mail, and it was too big for my ASUS 8" memo pad.... It dawned on me a couple days ago.... That maybe I could crochet 'ropes' around the tabs to pull them in tighter, which would secure my tablet nice and snug..... So I tried it.... And BOOM! Works perfectly!!!! YAY!!!!

I usually take my current projects with me to places, like doctor appointments, etc etc.... I had an appt this morning, and an elderly lady, who has been crocheting her entire life, gave me a wonderful, and genuine, compliment on my work!

That was really nice to hear! I'm always worried, about whether or not I'm progressing, as I should be..... So, thank you, sweet Lady, and thank you to all of you as well! For all of your support, encouragement, and helping me grow in this journey! I wouldn't be advancing this fast, without all of you pointing me in new directions!
