To Our Valued Customers,

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closing of Millie's
Hallmark Gifts, Collectible & Christmas after 46+ years of serving
this wonderful community. This decision was not made lightly, but
after careful consideration, we believe it is the right step for us at
this time. We want to take this opportunity to express our deepest
gratitude for your loyalty, support and trust over the years.

It has been our pleasure to be a part of Millie's history for the last
17 years. The friendships we have made with both our employees
and customers will last a lifetime. It is with regret that it is time for
us to step away and retire. Due to continuing health issues, age,
and the economic factors we feel that it is time to close our doors.
Online sales, the cost of products, high rent, escalating wages,
declining collectors, and competitors that carry a less expensive
product, have all hurt us.

From the very beginning, our mission was to provide our customers
with unique gifts, exceptional service & build lasting relationships.
Thanks to you, we were able to achieve that and so much more.
Your patronage has meant the world to us, and the memories we’ve
created together will always hold a special place in our hearts.

We enjoyed sharing with you each Santa's Back Event, Open House,
D56 Display Class, Ornament Premiere/Debut, Monsoon Madness,
Millie's Birthday Party, Customer Appreciation Event and so much
more. We loved visiting with you and helping you find just the right
gift for your occasion.

Our doors will officially be closing soon. Until then, we invite you
to visit us to take advantage of our clearance sales. If you have pre-
ordered any Department 56 pieces, Diane will be in contact with
you to discuss your preorder and how we can accommodate it. If
you have any layaways, you will need to pick them up quickly.

While this chapter is ending, we hope to stay connected. Feel free
to reach out to us at 480-893-3777 if you have any questions or
simply want to say goodbye.

Once again, thank you for being an integral part of our journey. It
has been an honor serving you, & we will cherish the relationships
we’ve built. We wish you all the best and hope our paths cross
