A vitilan electric bike came in for turn-up. The customer told me it has a squeeking noise. He didnt like the idea of buying bikes online. Because there are no way in contacting the buyer from China if there is a problem. The mechanic tried adjusting the suspension. It help, but he bounce up and down on the seats less squeeking when adjusting it. He will try putting a little oil to see if it works. Tune-up $30. The mechanic will losen the bolts up and then tighten it back up if that will work. Because the mechanic thinks the customer must have tighten it up to tight. The customer mentioned he tighten the bolt, because it was loose. After he did that the squeeking happened. It worked! It stopped squeeking. Make sure to tighten the loose bolts that is the reason why it squeeks. That's what happens said the mechanic.

A Onyx motorbikes came into our electric bike shop. The customer dropped off a tube and new new tires. It was very difficult for our second mechanic to remove the tires. Onyx is custom made bike made in California. Price range over $4000. Ouch! Hurts the pocketbook. But it's well made. I am thinking a 2 hour job. We are one of a few repair shop who can fix bikes.

Our mechanic fix the little electric bike for the little girl and the little brother who always rides it around the house. We do repairs for most electric bikes. It was only $30 labor for it. Mom is so grateful for what we done. She Google a search on repair and found us.

Mike bought our 48v 20 ah bikes a few weeks ago. He use to walk to work. He researched online to modify this bike into a lithium ion phosphate. He got double the range without constantly recharging the battery. The bike is much lighter. He gets about 35 to 40 miles speed per hour. He came over to the shop to show me what he did to the bike. I was in a wow, very impressive mood. 06/05/21

One customer came in the other day. He bought this bike in an auction house. It was brand new partially assembled. He gave the Manuel book, key, and other small parts to work on. I asked him how he found us? He told me he called several places and a lot of bike shop doesn't work on electric bikes. He asked for a referral. He told me Landis cycle told him about our place. He said, "It may sound funny, but don't let the name full you, Phoenix Produce company works on the electric bikes from the back of the building." Our mechanic fixed it and he told me it wasn't easy. It took less than 4 hours to work on it. There were a lot of missing bolts, the front fork was bent, and he had to bend it back. He had to put a new rod on. Good thing we have a few parts at the shop. Total parts and repair $125. Very cheap price for a 4 hour job. I told the customer on the phone his bike is ready for pick up. Mr. Torres saw our business sign on our building. He told his dad to stop here to have his bike fix. Our mechanic checked it out. It needed new batteries. Our other mechanic installed the new batteries. It ran perfectly. Little Torres is 5 years old. Very smart young man. Christmas is 3 days away and he got his bike back just in time.
