I've been lucking out with the custom part requests.  Just arrived:  An order of Velocity Quill rims in 26" diameter.   I've settled on the 26" wheel size (specifically the 26" x 2.3" Rene Herse Rat Trap Pass tire) being perfect for my bikes.  The only catch is (or was) rim availability.  I've been using the Velocity A23 rims which are fine although my favorite rim has been the Velocity Quill.  The Quill is a couple of millimeters wider than the A23 and has a more pleasing rounded shape, but hasn't been offered in the 26" diameter.  I reached out to Velocity, and much to my surprise they agreed to make a small run of their Quill rims in the 26" size for me.  Normally everyone in the bike industry runs screaming from anything 26".  Comparison photos:  A23 on the left, Quill on the right.  Now I just gotta build some bikes around these,,,

Horizontal frame ends for the ongoing single speed project.  The last of their kind.  I had a small batch of these made years ago during Jonny Cycles 1.0.  One set made it onto a Sturmey Archer equipped 3 speed frame, one disappeared into the ether on a never finished and scrapped frame, and I don't think any ever made it onto a bike with the derailleur hanger attached, including these.  Probably for the better.  Brass locating pins added for style.
